Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use SneakyFan (18 to publish adult content).
• Give accurate sign-up information and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Usernames are first come, first served. We may reclaim names that impersonate others, infringe trademarks, or sit unused for a long time.

You own what you post. By posting it, you give us permission to store, display and share it as needed to run your page (for example, showing it to visitors and creating link previews). You can remove it at any time.

You're responsible for your content and the links you share, and you confirm you have the rights to anything you upload.

• Illegal content, or links to it.
• Sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance; we report it to the authorities.
• Adult or explicit content that isn't marked with a content warning.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or encouraging violence or self-harm.
• Scams, phishing, malware, or pretending to be someone else.
• Spam, or using SneakyFan to break other platforms' rules.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
• Trying to hack, overload or misuse the service.

See something that breaks these rules? Report it here.

We may hide content, suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, especially for serious or repeated violations. Where it makes sense we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it.

If you believe something on SneakyFan infringes your copyright, contact us with the page link, what you own, and your contact details. We'll review it and remove infringing material.

SneakyFan is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and features may change. Paid features, if offered, will have their own clear terms.

To the extent the law allows, SneakyFan isn't liable for indirect losses, or for content on pages and links created by users.

You can delete your account at any time. We may end accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (like content responsibility) still apply after that.

We may update these terms. If changes are important, we'll update the date above and let account holders know. Continuing to use SneakyFan means you accept the new terms.
