Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password, or your basic Google profile (name, email, photo) if you sign in with Google.
- Your page content: username, display name, bio, links, images, videos and design settings you add. Your public page is visible to anyone with the link.
- Visitor statistics: page views and link taps, with approximate device type and the site that referred the visitor, so you can see what works. We don't build profiles of visitors.
- Messages you send us: what you write in the contact or report form, plus the email you give us so we can reply.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, time) kept briefly for security and abuse prevention. Report forms store only a one-way scrambled version of your IP.
How we use it
- To create and show your page, and keep you signed in.
- To send account emails (confirmations, password resets) and replies to your messages.
- To show you your page statistics.
- To keep SneakyFan safe: stopping spam, abuse and content that breaks our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information and we don't show third-party ads.
Services we rely on
We use a small number of trusted providers to run SneakyFan. They only process data to provide their service to us:
- Supabase — database, sign-in and file storage.
- Oracle Cloud — the server that runs the website.
- Cloudflare — domain name service.
- Resend — sending emails.
- Google — only if you choose "Continue with Google".
- OpenAI — only when you use the optional AI tools (Growth Coach, Promo Captions); we send the text needed for that request.
Cookies and local storage
We use a few small browser storage items to keep you signed in and remember choices like language and light/dark mode. No advertising cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and page while your account exists. When you delete your account, your page, links and uploads are deleted. Email delivery logs are removed after 90 days. Backups may hold copies for a short time afterwards.
Your choices and rights
- Edit or delete anything on your page at any time from your dashboard.
- Unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in them.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account, through our contact page.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights; contact us and we'll help.
Children
SneakyFan isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. Pages with adult content must be marked with a content warning and are only for people 18 and over.
Changes
If we make important changes, we'll update the date above and let account holders know by email or in the dashboard.
